The hotel was located very close to barefoot landing which was perfect. The staff were extremely nice. We had breakfast included with our room which was a great value and very delicious. We love that they are pet friendly.

It could have been cleaner. When we first got to the room our dog found a water bottle, a cup, and a hair clip under one of the beds, we had a room with two queen beds. The housekeeping could have been better but they were very busy. I accidentally spilled an entire Stanley cup of water on the bed one night, I thankfully am a weirdo and make the bed before the leave for the day and the comforter caught most of the water so it didn’t go through to the mattress pad. I went down and asked the front desk for new bedding for one of the beds (our dog and luggage were occupying the other bed due to me never putting anything on the floor) we were only given two fitted sheets. I just pulled the flat sheet and comforter off the other bed for the night. Before we left for the day I went down to the front desk and asked if we could have housekeeping and that our dog would be with us all day like she had been for the duration of our stay (this was a vacation for her) but when we arrived back at our room after a very long beach day we realized our room had not been touched.

Breakfast had NO taste and nothing was hot. Stayed two nights, no maid service after first night. Beds unmade No fresh towels Saw one housekeeping cart and no housekeeper during visit. I was looking forward to using the hot tub listed in ad.

Hi, my stay at this apartment was not pleasant at all. I usually don't make bad comments on places I stay at, but this is the very first time I have been disappointed and felt deceived by what is described online. This apartment is not fully equipped in the kitchen, no plates only one dirty one, minimal utensils, dirty cups with lipstick marks on them, one sauce pan, one pan, no paper towels, no kitchen towel, no microwave,no basic salt and pepper, no trash bags for the kitchen or even the bathroom. The AC is in the livingroom/dining room/kitchen area which is in the wall (not a central AC), no AC in the bedroom so the bedroom is hot to sleep in there and the bed is Not a king size bed it is a queen. The TV is on the floor and not connected or even a remote around. This place was not clean at all it had dust hanging from the walls. To call this place "Elegant" is a understatement especially being in the Beverly Hills area and not worth the price at all. I made the best of it since I had no other options available. I chose this place because it was close to where I needed to go for work and it had a supermarket close by so I could cook my meals, but that didn't happen. I would not recommend this place to anyone to stay here if they are looking for "Elegant" , it is far from. I wish I could post the pictures I have to prove my point, but I can't. I really hope the owner takes a good look at this place and make the necessary changes ASAP. Thank you.

Wonderful hostess, delicious breakfasts. Anna was very knowledgeable about the area and had great suggestions for activities. Quiet, peaceful and relaxing. All in all, a fabulous stay. Suspect being here for leaf changing season would be amazing!
