Never checked in. When the uber pulled into the area we didn’t feel safe. Witnessed gang like activity on the street in front of house and never even entered the property. Had to go to different hotel and we lost over $800 because the company blamed us for not researching the location better.

It was dangerous. Gang activity in area. Homeless camp close as well. We couldn’t stay there due to the unsafe feeling surrounding the entire area. I never leave reviews or negative comments but felt I had to on this one. The rental company blamed us for not researching the area better

Very clean and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was pretty good as well. Have to give a shout out to Svetlana who was always friendly and helpful at breakfast. Kaylea was also a phenomenal bartender!

Whoever own the building please get it sprayed for bugs in the day I wouldn't see any but they come out at night and is all over the kitchen. I have killed so many that it is both ridiculous and disgusting. This was in room 301.

The location was nice, and the balcony overlooking the lake was peaceful.

The unit had some maintenance issues, such as the bathroom sink did not drain well and the shelving over the sink in the coffee area was sagging and looked like it could collapse easily. The air conditioner made a lot of noise and was not very efficient.

Breakfast was very good. It just needed a microwave to warm the muffins. Other than that, it was excellent. The chef lady was adorable. Great omelet and so nice and friendly. I wish I knew her name. You need to promote her with a raise!
