      Fan in the room was nice and cool. Although the sound of the fan might be quite loud, it would be nice if the house provided ear plugs to sleep. Luckily I had my AirPods with noise cancellation.

      Area is the heart of Van Nuys, so you could get some sketchy stragglers if you park around the corner. I'm not from the area so I just try to stay aware of my surroundings and the location is very close to the city hall.

      Great value for the money! Good room for 1 to 2 people. No issues with room or staff. Enjoyed pool. Most hotels at that price do not have one. Better side of town. Less transients.
