It was everything I expected and more! Deiverson was incredibly helpful including on the day we checked out, we asked if we could use the common areas and free kayaks/paddle boards even though we had checked out of our room and they allowed us to do so. We were gone all day, enjoying the mangroves and small islands in the area. An abundance of wildlife can be seen as you paddle around the different areas, including sea turtles, toucans and so many other birds, stingrays, crabs and much more! Incredible stay overall and only regret was staying for only 1 night (it was meant to be a pit stop to cut our drive time shorter from Rio to Sao Paulo).”

  We had a wonderful stay! The hotel offers great value for the price. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. It’s only about a 10-minute walk to the Newport train station, where you can enjoy beautiful views of Manhattan. Our flight was in the evening, and since our taxi wasn’t until 2 p.m., the hotel kindly let us keep our baggage in the room until then—such a thoughtful gesture.

  I liked that the property had a heated pool, lazy river and hot tub. Parking was nice since and convenient and I love how close it was to the beach and other places like Broadway at the beach. The view from the 12 floor was perfect and the size of the condo was just as nice to hold my family of 6.

  What I didn’t like about the property, is after reading other reviews we weren’t told about breakfast across the street. I also didn’t like the extra fees for housekeeping , and toiletries . Also even though the condo was spacious the pullout couch was very uncomfortable. I believe it’s going to need replacing soon. I could feel every spring.

  We thought the cabin was excellent. Plenty of room for us to spread out and be comfortable. The bed was very nice, I love how the mattress heated up and the firmness could be adjusted.

  I stayed at this hotel and my experience was terrible. The room was so dusty that whenever I moved, dust covered the entire screen of my phone and I constantly had to wipe it off. It was hard to breathe because of the amount of dust, and I couldn’t even open the window since the room was on the first floor right next to the road. The refrigerator did not work properly — when it switched on and off it made very loud and strange noises that kept me awake at night. Cleanliness was unacceptable: there was someone else’s hair on the towels, and when I used one, the hair stuck to my body. There was also more hair left in the shower drain. Overall, the stay was awful and I will never book this place again.

  The room is not as big as the photo shows, and the carpet needs to be replaced. The breakfast is overrated because, to my surprise, the breakfast supply is limited. Scrambled eggs and pancakes may be out of stock, and the kitchen lady will not restock them even though it is not 9 o'clock yet.
