- “What's not to love about this location. Located on a small island so only accessible by small taxi boat (included in stay) but wow, what a beautiful location! It was everything I expected and more! Deiverson was incredibly helpful including on the day we checked out, we asked if we could use the common areas and free kayaks/paddle boards even though we had checked out of our room and they allowed us to do so. We were gone all day, enjoying the mangroves and small islands in the area. An abundance of wildlife can be seen as you paddle around the different areas, including sea turtles, toucans and so many other birds, stingrays, crabs and much more! Incredible stay overall and only regret was staying for only 1 night (it was meant to be a pit stop to cut our drive time shorter from Rio to Sao Paulo).”

  Spacious lobby and corridors, convenient paid parking, large clean rooms. Place is very neat, light and clean. Housekeeping staff do their best!

  Very rude staff, unexpected withhold of the deposit of $200 which was never mentioned here on booking,com. Lady at the counter very arrogant shouted that we MUST pay the deposit because all hotels in Vegas withhold it! I was surprised of course how one arrogant lady at the counter ot 3* hotel can be so sure about literally ALL hotels in Vegas! Its very upsetting when hotel "policy" contradicts with booking.com information. Wouldn't recommend this place - who knows what other "policies" they forgot to mention on aggregator website.

  I did not like the stay.

  We found a roach in our room. When we told the staff they told us a manager will be in contact the next day and that was not the case. They did nothing to accommodate us or reduce the fee for our stay for having roaches in our room. I also am still waiting for my $20 holding fee to get released back to me after all of this time and would like it back ASAP.
