Naomi's is a wonderful place. I stayed 3 days during my cycling trip, using train and bus as secondary transport. I enjoyed the unique room, the whimsical character of the B&B; proprietor was friendly, engaging, helpful; breakfasts were excellent. Room was clean. Location was only 1 mile from Union Station/downtown.

"Suburban" location meant fewer dining choices within walking distance, but otherwise convenient with about any mode of transportation.

What an amazing property so rich in history & character! Loved roaming the hallways viewing all the exhibits of its glorious past & portraits of famous people who have lodged there. The facility looked well-maintain, but was struck by lack of use in the summer season no less.

Wish the on-sight cafe & lounge had been open; not too many options in the area. The beautiful lobby sitting area in front of the gorgeous fireplace begged to relax with glass of wine or hot tea while listening to some piano music. Was sad to see such a glorious grand dame underutilized, so much potential!

Didn't get to try their roof top restaurant except to look around in the evening. My schedule was tight but I heard good things about their food and would love to try it next time.

Parking is very expensive and only valet parking is available at the hotel for $75/night. This is not mentioned at Booking.com website and can lead to sticker-shock!

The room was comfortable, the women did a great job cleaning the room, there was plenty of ice, the air conditioning worked well, and it was very quiet.

The at the reception desk wasn’t very friendly. The television remote was very difficult to operate, and the television didn’t have very good reception. There wasn’t a snack machine.

I believe, the management has to work slightly harder. They turned a 4-star hotel into a 1-star. First of all, fans in every bathroom are too noisy. You can hear when your neighbors turn it on. Secondly, they cheating with prices for breakfast. I had a free breakfast included into my reservation. In reality, they gave me 35USD voucher for 3 people which wasn’t enough because the prices in their cafe are super-high. Cocoa-puffs 7$, coffee - 7$, croissant - 7… i had to pay 35 usd on top per day… They simply ignored my question about included breakfast… They don’t offer any water, tea, coffee neither in room nor at reception… they offered to go to a nearby restaurant to purchase a drink… Vending machine had no water bottles inside…

Noisy. Needs a lot of maintenance, chips in the walls, dents and dings, carpet was dirty and gave a sour smell. Needs bonnet cleaning AND steam cleaning. Pool was closed. Motels like to close the pool to make their job easier. No cooked eggs or sausage.
