      The worker who checked us in was very professional and kind. She switched one of our rooms, from room 128 to room 125 which was much better. Kudos, to her! I traveled from CA, and my four sisters from IL. We came up to visit another sister of ours who lives in Indianapolis.

      The carpet in the rooms was very dirty, especially in room 128 it was filthy, had red marks on the carpet, the bedding and towels need to be replaced with new ones, because some of them had stains. We couldn't communicate well with the cleaning lady because she didn't speak English. And for the breakfast, the bagels were hard and stale.

      Shower was out of conditioner the first night, Asked the front desk to take care of it for the second night, They completely serviced the room but forgot to fill the conditioner again.

      To be a new hotel I'm concerned about wallpaper lifting our room. Could be a moisture issue. The hotel is so beautiful wouldn't want it to become a moldy old hotel
