  As usual, staff at check in and check out were kind and welcoming. The room was clean and quiet as usual. I like the covered seating area for having a quiet coffee in the mornings, and the doggie area was well-kept! I don't even have a dog but if I did I would like to bring my dog there. As usual, I like that this property is a short walk from downtown Bend, and so easy to hop on the 97? to RDM airport.

  The only downside was the overnight guy. I didn't get his name, but the manager the next morning was receptive to the feedback I gave. Long story short, out of the 3 years I have stayed here, he has been the only rude staff I've ever had. Besides him, the property def meets expectations per usual. It's a nice quiet place a short was from downtown. And we still had the best time.

  The room was clean. It smelt like bleach but the room had roaches.

  I didn't like that the room had a lot of roaches. We notified staff about roaches in the room and were told that someone with be up in 3 minutes. 3 minutes turned into an 1hr. I called back downstairs and got a busy line. I also went downstairs to the receptionist and the receptionist area was closed. Please do not stay here. The room was literally roach-infested.

  Staffing was great accommodating. But I believe there is a spider issue . I woke up to my leg itching with a small bump with white puss .. the next day he became bigger, red and hot and days on it, spread it to my feet . Soo yeah. Breakfast was not so good wasn’t that many HOT varieties to pick from compared to other hotels . And it also ended early I believe around 8:30 ish when I came to the lobby they were already cleaning up. Other than that, no issues really.
