  I just love the fact that nothing was mentioned during booking or check-in about the $10.70 charge for parking my truck on property. Nor was anything mentioned about the hotel room bed being made of rock. For the price I was charged, I expected more. Ridiculous!

  When they come and clean your room, they do not check if you have pets. They will leave the door wide open. Put a towel in front of it if I wasn’t there, I would’ve lost my cats because when they cut the vacuum on, it scares the cats. I’ve had those cats for 10 years. If they would’ve got out, there was nothing I I could do because how can you prove they let your animal out they need to be notified if the customer has left or if they have any pets in there it should be secured. I do not feel like that was a concern with this company.

  Someone in management is making an effort to add updated touches with art from local artists, which are really nice. The provided air conditioner was very helpful!

  The whole building smelled of eggs. Some key crucial elements need replacing, such as the carpet and the shower. Toilet paper was the kind you'd find in a roadside pit toilet, the cheapest of the cheap.
