  The location is fantastic, making it very convenient for exploring the area. Breakfast is delicious with plenty of variety, and I especially want to highlight Penny, the breakfast attendant. She is incredibly friendly and helpful, and her big smile every morning makes the start of the day feel extra special.

  The elevators with glass walls are a very nice feature, giving the hotel a modern and open feel. Unfortunately, I noticed that the glass on some of them was not very clean, which took away a bit from the otherwise great impression.

  There was numerous things we did not like. We’ve stayed at several hotels and this was by far the worst one for how much we paid for it. 1. The staff didn’t speak English 2. The kitchen dishware, pots, pans, knives, silverware and utensils were all missing and when we asked for them, we received paper cups, paper plates, and plastic silverware. 3. The bedding and pillows for the pull out were all missing. 4. They said quiet hours were after 10pm and the upstairs suite, was running around and stomping their feet until 1am. 5. The tv remotes for the living room and kitchen were missing. 6. My son was videoed by some random stranger and I had to report them to be removed from the pool and waterpark area. My youngest son felt so unsafe that he didn’t have fun anymore the last couple days we stayed there.
