Loved that it was practically brand new and in walking distance of the shopping district. Price was the best part.

Parking was only available on the weekend, so we had to find parking Sunday night. Garage was several blocks away. Out AC was not working in our first unit, so we were offered a second floor unit which was much better. Customer service was excellent, with great communication.

I would say the only downside was I hadn't realized there was a daily parking fee but our car was garage kept and we were able to come and go with it. All in all I was fine with the charge after realizing the area didn't have much free parking.

Next to the M train so you hear the loud noise at night and early in the morning. Didn’t get a good sleep.

Stairs. Didn't realize there was no elevator for the second floor rooms. For a family location there was a lot of smoking of cigarettes and Marijuana outside of the rooms. You could smell it when in the pool.

I have been coming to Harrison Hall since my Granddaughter was 4 years old; she is 16 now. The location is right on the beach and is perfect and it is not too noisy. The price was good too.

Upon arrival, one of the desk clerks had an entire meal on the counter...eating. I thought she was on her lunch break but she said she was not. Not very professional. The other clerk on duty checked us in.
