Great location and good rooms. But small compared to other properties of Accor group. The bathroom needs a bit of a revamp The parking is super expensive and the staff could be groomed to be courteous They seemed rushed in every conversation perhaps just too worked. Otherwise seems a very busy property .

This is a town for snow bunnies and mountain bikers. I am neither and found it a bit boring in winter. Queenstown itself has a lovely big mall with lots of shops, however nothing we don't have in Australia. Lots of tourists shops, mostly selling the same things.

Fantastic hotel in a top notch location. Very friendly staff and very clean. Laundromat in the hotel made things very comfortable for us as well. Perfect location within walking distance from the town centre and most of the highlights of Queenstown. Nice comfortable beds in the room we booked with a comfortable night's sleep for our family of 4. If you are driving, do be mindful of the limited parking lots and talk to the hotel staff in advance and they will be glad to help.

A classic Wyndham hotel. Nothing to rave about but nothing to complain about either. There is a residents building next door. Parking is available but is limited and on a FIFS basis. There is paid parking (very cheap) right next door, which we used. The area itself is pretty quiet, just a bunch of hotels/industrial buildings around. Theres a supermarket and cafe close by. Easy to get in and out of the busy Queenstown township itself or jet off to other towns close by.
