Breakfast was delicious with home made granola, and bread with lovely home made jam. The full scottish breakfast was superb. The conservatory was a beautiful place to eat and to view the gorgeous well kept garden (to which guests have access). The house has been beautifully furnished and much thought has been given to the interesting art. The hosts go absolutely above and beyond to make their guests comfortable and nothing was too much trouble, even down to the variety of gins in the honesty bar! Would definitely recommend.
The accommodation was a beautiful garden flat close to the bistro for breakfast. Beautiful food especially the Cullen Skink was exceptional.
Amazing place and even better it's dog friendly and the staff are so welcoming. They have amazing facilities but unfortunately we didn't have the chance to use them.
Would highly recommend and we can't wait to return for our next adventure.
I really appreciate your attention to reducing the carbon footprint of a hotel -- I liked having glass glasses in the room, real cups, very little plastic or one-time use plastic. The breakfast was outstanding and the wait staff, especially Alex in the dining room, were attentive and helpful. Wonderful location, wonderful view, excellent trip !
The room was great and comfortable. Breakfast was included. There was a restaurant as well as a bar. The staff could not have been more helpful. We had to stay an extra night which they had no problem accommodating us. There was a pool, steam room, sauna. Town was close and you could have even walked. There are trails and so much more.

Edinburgh is probably one of the nicest places I have visited. It's so beautiful and historic. Just wonder around and look in all the alleyways and nooks and crannies of The Royal Mile not forgetting Victoria Street with all the colourful shops and Grassmarket with pubs and restaurants head up to Greyfriars Kirkyard . Would really recommend doing the hop on hop off bus tour it's FREE for children under 15yrs. Princess Street Gardens fantastic views of the Castle. So much to see and do....

This is the second time we came to Glasgow.
This is the second time we came to Glasgow. The city is beautiful, the people are extremely nice (except for driver of taxi 222). The transport is a bit difficult to master, but I will study it better next time I come, next summer.
The weather is unpredictable.

I was with my 9yr old daughter so we didn’t see much except the cinema (Vue) and Whin Park and Leisure Centre. All of which are fine and well worth a visit and very close by. The river Ness which runs right through Inverness is very picturesque. We highly recommend the Ness Island mini Railway and the boating pond which are both in Whin Park. The kids playground there is very good and has recently been replaced with new apparatus. There’s a good cafe there too.

Aberdeen was a surprisingly attractive city to visit and easy to get around on foot. I liked the fact that it was nowhere near as busy as Edinburgh yet had lots of character. Enjoyed the look of the harbour right up against Union Square, with many ocean-going tugs in close proximity. Plenty of good pubs, with a festive atmosphere. We ate at Ma Cameron's, with good pub grub, and Mi Amore, cosy Italian restaurant in one of the back streets.

What a lovely little town.
What a lovely little town. I enjoyed good meals, a tour and tasting at Ben Nevis Distillery, being able to do laundry by Morrisons after completing the West Highland Way, the charming bookstore, and the West Highland Museum. A great stop.

We were using Oban to access the Cal Mac ferry to Lismore, as my partner's dad is buried there. Everything went very smoothly and we had a nice sailing there and back.
We enjoyed a couple of excellent meals at the Waterfront Sea Food Restaurant and ES-USK Seafood Restaurant.
Enjoyed an evening of live music and a few drinks in The Oban Inn.
Finished the trip off by visiting McCaig's Tower, with excellent views over the town, sea, and surrounding Islands.

Pitlochy has the most beautifully situated theatre in the UK and its summer festival had become an annual event for me. The hills and mountains around are also wonderful to walk in and the Dam Visitor Centre cafe has phenomenal views across the Tummel valley

Amazing!
Amazing! A must see place full of history and surrounded by beautiful countryside. Didn’t want to leave. Stunning views from the top of Stirling Castle, Stirling Jail’s Observation Tower and the William Wallace Monument. Free shuttle bus every few minutes up to the monument and free to view from the outside. All historical attractions worth a visit for the view as well as the history. Stirling old town available to see on foot. Easy distance from restaurants and pubs too. Lots of nice restaurants to choose from. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Scotland. Allow 3-4 days and allow 2.5 hours for Stirling Castle.

Dundee is a beautiful place by the sea. We went to the Verdant Jute Mill which is a must see!!! We ate supper at Malmaison and stayed there too. This was a perfect location as it was close to the water, the beautiful ship and the train station. The food was fantastic!!!
