We really enjoyed our stay at J resort and it exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and stylish. The gaming was fun too. I was impressed also that they had people outside picking up trash around the periphery and in their lot across the street. This is a well run establishment. My husband and I live near Laughlin NV and gamble quite a bit in Laughlin and Las Vegas. My husband worked at a casino in Laughlin for years and I worked at a casino near San Diego for a long time. So this review comes from the view as a customer and former employees of the industry. Great job J Resort! So many casinos now are lacking care and customer service but not this place. We will be back for sure!!

Location was perfect, right on the river. Easy access to town and Rocky Mountain National Park. The room was spacious, comfy bed, spa tub with amazing hot water. Lots of privacy. The only minor complaint was the sprinklers soaking our deck one morning that delayed our coffee time just a bit. Overall a wonderful stay!

Loved the staff, so friendly and helpful. Loved the room, the bathroom was huge and it had everything you would need. Comfy, safe. Loved the mid-century vibe. Love having valet parking, saves on stress and always appreciate the safety factor.

The staff accommodated an upgrade when my first room was not as great (see below). They had a lovely attitude about the whole thing and were very helpful and nice.

I was originally booked in an "interior" room, which had no windows at all! This made for a dreary experience. I would not have been as upset by this if I'd known ahead of time this was the case for an inexpensive room or even if I knew it was a possibility, but being surprised by this fact was quite annoying. It seems this would be a selling point for people seeking an Anne Rice New Orleans experience.
