We visited with our two kids, and this was truly one of the prettiest boutique hotels we’ve ever stayed in! The rooms are beautifully designed, and the balcony with its cozy sofa felt so welcoming. The pool area was perfect for relaxing, and the restaurant breakfast was both delicious and reasonably priced. The property itself is stunning—landscaped to perfection and meticulously maintained. The front desk staff were professional, kind, and genuinely helpful, which made our stay even more pleasant.

If I had one small suggestion for improvement, it would be to provide slightly wider blankets for more comfortable sleep when sharing the bed, and the queen bed itself felt a little narrower than usual. That said, this is a very minor detail and doesn’t take away from the overall experience. We absolutely loved this beautifully renovated, over 100-year-old property. It has so much character and a wonderful, inviting vibe. Highly recommended!

Staff was pleasant, room was spotless, bed(queen) comfortable. Bathroom a little tight but certainly usable. This location is kind of away from center if Boston but convenient to our family's location. Included breakfast was good.

The cottage was clean. Bathroom was up to date and water pressure and aircondtioners worked well. Out door furniture was in great condition. Overall a great place to stay.

Cottage is small. It only has a double burner electric stove. We used the pull out couch for movie night and the mattress was extremely thin and didn't come with sheets. For our family of 3 it was perfect but space next to the beds is less than 12 inches in one of the bedrooms so you have to crawl up the bed. The other room has a bunk and being claustrophobic I couldn't sleep in that room with the bunk so close to the bed (you cant sit up in bed).. Pool is walking distance even from the fastest cottage. Pool is clean with a on site bathroom. They have ice and water machine and a locker for wood for the fire pit they provide. Overall place is worth every penny. We will defiantly come back. Loved the quietness of the place. Bonus the lake is full of frogs and my son loved running around trying to catch them.

Great location, roof top was excellent. Bartender on Sunday night was very friendly. They let us check in early so we could park- that was hugely helpful for us.

I didn't like that I had to pay extra to park my car in a near empty parking lot. The TV remote didn't work in the bedroom. There wasn't an Ice bucket in the room at all. The coffee pot was just dirty. None of the above items was a deal breaker. However what was very troubling to me was the shower. There was mold on the vents in the ceiling that looked as if it had been painted over instead of fixed. Mold was around the caulking of the shower and on the shower rubber slip mat.

We were 3 people. The pull out couch was too much to deal with so we cramped in one bed. The couch was too soft for my taste, but this is a personal comment. Not having a designated parking spot, resulted in having to park 2-3 levels up as no spots were available.
