We loved the family suite. I had no idea this was a thing and my kids loved having their own space! It did have some trash left from the last people who stayed there but other than that the room seemed to be clean! We loved the pool area. It had a space for littles and then another for older kids and adults. I really liked this and didn’t have to worry about my kids going to the deep part while playing. We loved the views and the beautiful lounge area! It smelt so clean when you first walked into the hotel.

My main problem was the omelet cook for breakfast. He had said some uncomfortable things to me and made me feel very uncomfortable to even go back up to get more food. And that you have to pay for breakfast. I feel like some parts of the breakfast should come with your stay. But it wasn’t a terrible price.

First encounters with hotel staff was bad, we had no blankets for our first night, when I went in to check in the receptionist said they couldn’t find my booking & then only gave me one of my rooms at first. The microwave in our room had no plate was filthily, and an old food container in it. They didn’t offer the breakfast like it said, they didn’t have the workout room either, & our room had one light bulb that worked out of the 4 above the sink. There was people in the pool at 12-1 in the morning screaming & it just wasn’t a great experience.

It was as good. Music at breakfast was nice but entirely too loud and disorienting. Lower volume would have been great. Several people asks for this it was never reduced.
