The location to so many attractions. The staff was amazing. Andrew was on point with any questions or concerns. Another customer had a dog barking next to our room and Andrew made sure we had another amazing room to stay in.

We thought we were getting a pool, but instead we were met with a 4-foot dipping pond. Lol. It was cute, but not what we wanted during the high heat.

Small challenges- key box did not work. Fortunately door code did - that’s all we needed. Very convenient to town. Quiet except for natural sound from the stream below.

The apartment clearly has had some tough use. Chairs were broken on porch and one in the dining area. Because the key box didn’t open we could not get into garage for parking. Didn’t really matter because plenty of parking outside. Upstairs bedroom open to/subject to noise from the kitchen.

Room wasn't clean trash in the room when we arrived, sweeper wasn't ran, cigarette butt on balcony, carpet was soaked from the ac leaking, refrigerator leaking, stained sheets, ripped pillows, we had to ask for towels, they had that they supplied shampoo, conditioner, lotion etccc was empty when we arrived, never came to clean our room or give us anything fresh we had to go down to front desk and ask, pools are a joke small for the amount of ppl the hotel holds. The best part was the location and the restaurant that's attached. Otherwise would not stay there again.

I loved the fact that there was a server to take your order from their breakfast menu. The selection of food choices for breakfast was GREAT and the food tasted very GOOD!!! The dinning area was clean and the environment/atmosphere of hotel was pleasant and comfortable. I was very please with my stay at this location.

I didn't like that I had to paid for parking each day. As a quest, I didn't feel this was fair.

Didn't get a room from this place . Went to check in to a room that was reserved 2 weeks in advance and was told it was canceled. They doubled the price on it and gave it another person . I had to look for another place till midnight that night . Just because they wanted to make more money on the room.

Keep the reservation that people get. Or call if they think they wont make it . Not cancel it and sell it right away leaving my family with out a room .
