I literally walked in and said nope and turned around and walked out. I showed up at 11:30 PM and nobody was at the front desk. The phone number that’s on their website went to the phone of a person who was very rude to me for calling so late. I thought it was the number to check in. I had to wait an hour to have someone bring me a key. when I walked in, it smelled like cigarette smoke. The beds are literally just box springs. There’s bedbugs. It was awful. Also, I had a bag that had a medication in it that contain opioids. The bag disappeared, and when I asked for it from the front desk, they gave it back to me, but without said medications. I’m pretty sure this is a place for drug addict lives.

Absolutely nothing. I ended up running a room in Laughlin. And leaving my cat there to enjoy the air-conditioning.

This suite had some really nice features, but also a few disappointments that made our stay less relaxing than we hoped. The view was absolutely beautiful — definitely one of the highlights of the room. We also appreciated the 24-hour customer service. Anytime we had a concern, someone was available, and they handled things quickly — especially when we had a light that was flickering nonstop. Maintenance showed up fast and took care of it right away, which we were really thankful for.

On the downside, the cleanliness of the room was an issue. The floors were sticky, and when we turned on the spa tub, dirt came out of the filter. The back patio was also not well-maintained. There was no housekeeping during our stay, and we weren’t told ahead of time that it wouldn’t be included. We had to pay extra for more towels, even though we stayed for four days. There were also no cleaning supplies in the unit — no broom, mop, or anything — so we had to buy our own just to keep things tidy. And the unexpected $400 deposit caught us off guard, since the booking details said everything was already paid. We still enjoyed our time overall, but the suite could use more attention to detail and clearer communication upfront. With a few fixes, it could be a much better experience.

This place was across a very large homeless encampment...not safe area...the attendant tried a bait and switch tactic... It was not something I would assume booking.vom would allow to be registered with them

It was a rundown motel in a very unsafe neighborhood.... before accepting motels someone should inspect the property to insure that they are safe and inline with standards of quality that keep your brand competitive...

I hated breakfast. The eggs were fake and watery. The only meat is sausage which tasted terrible. I wish bacon was offered. The muffins are blueberry. I don't like blueberry. I wish there were a variety to choose from. I would love banana or banana nut muffins.

Kept getting noise complaints at a early time when I was literally using my inside voice. Also they said they couldn’t find our reservation so I had to wait like 20 minutes for them to get me a room and I’m pretty sure I didn’t get the kind of room I paid for. The view was barely even a city view.

The lobby and everything before the hotel rooms was clean and beautiful. The free shuttle service to and from Disneyland .

Rooms are ran down, outdated, bathroom had women’s hair everywhere, door was old and dirty, had white bedsheets with specs of black all over and had several extension cords around the room that my toddler was able to grab with them being on the floor in plain site, not behind a dresser or anything. Elevator sounded like it was going to break everytime you used it. Wish they put more effort into the rooms like they do the lobby. It’s deceiving.
