Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facility was clean and inviting, and as advertised. The accessible room our group needed was the best of several rooms we've tried recently at different hotels. Roll-on shower actually allowed you to roll in. Shower chair plus sturdy fold-down shower bench provided options for showering. Toilet area had open space on two sides and grab bars on two walls, allowing space to maneuver a wheelchair as well as for another person to provide assistance as needed. We will happily return if we are again in the area.

We'd booked a room with specific accommodations but were initially given a different room. (This was fixed quickly once we asked, but we had to ask, despite a reservation that specified our needs and a discussion in advance with the staff to ensure the room we needed would be available and was noted in our reservation. So it worked out well in the end, but it would have been a real problem if the staff hadn't been able to correct this mistake.) A storm knocked out power for many hours (power was off and on for probably 1 to 2 hours). I'm not familiar with the stability of the grid in this region, but I was surprised at the length and severity of the blackout. Large windows let in light from outside, but a strange space is difficult to navigate in the dark (at night or with a closed bathroom door).

The man at check-in was kind and friendly. The bed was so comfortable. Everything was clean. Safe area, Walmart nearby. Wendy's is in the same parking and a car wash.

The signs in the pool area said it wasn't open in the morning until 10am and the other said 11am. Check out is at 11am. I pay to stay at places to use a hot tub and pool. It should be open in the morning. I would be really upset with this if I was staying more than one night or had kids with me.

The address in the check in message is incorrect (or at least it wasn’t pulling up in google maps for us). We ended up googling Boatyard Inn and it came up. Hosts extremely helpful and responsive so thank you :)

The sticky floor in the room, the cigarette butts between the window panes in the room, the trash around the building, the drugged out people in the lobby, the fact that it was difficult to even get a blanket (the bed only had a sheet to cover yourself with), they refused to give me an extra pillow, the smell in the elevator was awful.

The area was super nice! right text to millenia mall (literally walking distance). The staff were pretty friendly, and on point! i loved staying here! was $19 per night for parking & there a gate that you need to go though for parking which is nice and safe.
