      We had a Wonderful stay here. The hospitality and customer service are amazing! Great friendly, helpful staff everywhere on site. We chatted and made friends with many guests in the lobby and relaxing on the front grounds. Our room was updated nicely, and luggage service from dock to hotel and back to ferry upon departure was timely. We dined for dinner and breakfast at the onsite 1825 restaurant and the food and service 10 out of 10. We will stay again! Thank you for a memorable 40th anniversary trip to the island 💙

      I didn't like anything there it was the worst hotel i stay at , i even try to cancel n they didn't wanna refund me my money, so I had no choice to day

      Beautiful hotel in a great location. Staff was all wonderful and nice.

      The room smelled kind of bad. I think it was the cleaning products they used. Smelled like super strong men’s cologne. Also the A/C unit was way too loud and had a light that was constantly on right above the bed.

      Outlets outdated, did not accommodate plugs well, no USB outlets. Floors in room were soiled, walking around without shoes and socks ended up with bottoms of feet very dirty. Too bad breakfast isn't offered.
