      This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. When we arrived, the room we were given was already occupied, with people inside and filled with cigarette smoke. It was completely shocking, unacceptable, and unsafe. We asked the front desk for a solution, but they were unable to offer us another room and showed no urgency or concern for our well-being. We had no choice but to leave immediately and book another hotel at the last minute, which was both stressful and costly. The hotel refused to refund our payment despite the outrageous situation. We reached out to Booking.com, who unfortunately couldn’t help either, stating they just process the payment but can’t authorize refunds, something customers should definitely be aware of. This hotel showed a complete lack of professionalism, safety, and hospitality. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
