1) Salty Rim bartenders (especially Jazz) were awesome! Fun and personable. 2) Close proximity to Sunset Walk and H2O water park. There were other restaurants and stores behind Sunset Walk as well (Target, Marshalls, CVS, and Rock & Brews). We walked to everything. 3) 4 free tickets daily to water park (they don't provided towels so bring your own) Awesome adult only pool at the waterpark with a nice bar right outside. And yes, you can bring drinks in the pool. 4) Pools were very nice. Had convenient smoking areas and bars. 5) Room location was perfect. First floor that had its own private entrance to the wing of the hotel. 6) Planned hotel activities/games throughout the day. 7) Our breakfast was included in stay. Nice surprise!

1) Check in took way too long. I was also told I needed to pay a $200 resort fee and had to show woman I already paid it in my reservation through third party. Thank goodness I happened to be looking at it in the forever check in line! 2) Holes in the bed sheets. Told housekeeping and they said it wasn't there room. OKAY??? 3) Was told three different time slots by three different people when we could use our $36 allowance in hotel market. 4) No Margaritaville or Landshark restaurant in hotel or surrounding area. 5) Received a message from 3rd party reservation there would be a minimum of $500 cleaning fee. Brought this up to front desk and they had no idea why I would be told that. I am watching my credit card charges though! 5) The tablet/alarm clock/radio on bedside table wouldn't charge. 6) Ceiling fan was very loud. 7) Toilet bowl took forever to refill. 8) VERY small fridge. 9) The trivia entertainment MC at Salty Rim was TERRIBLE. Young, immature, and inexperienced.

I loved the layout of the property. It was beautiful. It was spacious where we stayed was nice a little tight having to go straight upstairs to your room, but that was OK..

Our unit was very accommodating and clean. We enjoyed using the hot tub and sitting out on the back porch. Beautiful location. Enjoyed having the robes to wear.

Found it a bit frustrating not to have a real person on site that we could talk to. When we first arrived, we were having a hard time getting into the unit. By the time we left, we had it figured out though. Seemed like all the communication was through texting or go to the website.

The morning staff wasnt pleasant ask questions they had attitudes they couldn't fix this or that. I was charge for printing something in which it should have been free seeing that they had a computer for us to use but they didn't know the password for us to use. It was just crazy

Well when we arrived the front desk person was trying to juggle everything from house keeping for checking if rooms were ready, check-ins at the front desk and then having various people wait until they could check in to get access to there room keys to access the rooms, and then when we did arrive to our room the TV remote was missing and so had to locate the cleaning staff nearby and have them obtain another and then have another cleaning staff then program it for the tv so it worked! And then when attempting to shower there was no body soap within the shower, so my wife had to go and find the cleaning staff to get a full one, and then 30min later when my wife was showering I get a knock at the door again and they double booked the room after we were there already, so showed the girl the room key with the # on it to confirm and she was actually the one at the front desk with her manager when the key was issued from check in and then she had to take the family back to the front desk to get a different room again!!! For what we paid for the one night would hoped to get compensation (very nice staff, but very under staffed to juggle everything)
