Location was a beautiful spot. A hummingbird greeted me in the window in the morning. The roses were in bloom and the red rock formations off in the distance just added to the backdrop. The house was very tastefully decorated and supplied with ample kitchen utensils. Close to downtown area and Zion too. We enjoyed two evening dinners out and about. The rear of the house offered a patio area to relax in the shade. Great spot after a day of exploring. The next door neighbor offered me fresh vegetables from her garden and was really excited about her harvest.

We really liked the location of this hotel. We also liked the elevators as they were very quick & there when you needed them. The hotel in general seemed pretty clean as well.

We didn't like the fact that the whole week during our stay there was VERY LOUD construction going on right next door. We weren't told about the construction either when booking this hotel. The view off of our balcony of this construction was very disappointing as well. It would've been nice to have some more shelving in the bathroom or even hooks to hang clothes, swimsuits, etc. The other thing that would've been nice was to have umbrellas on your pool deck for your customers & there were none. 😕

The pillows smelled old and flat , the bedding dingy, bed was very, very hard and uncomfortable The dove shower accessories in the bathroom were old and corroded The bathroom showers need to be redone Housekeeping did not clean my room for 2 days after we left early and came back 2 times and the room was still not cleaned So they changed us to an accessible room For someone that may have a disability
