The location was fantastic, it was close to a lot of attractions and things to see& do. The lobby area was nicely decorated& had space for people to relax There was a nice dining area with plenty of seating for breakfast.

The check in was a bit chaotic with how the traffic flow is. Breakfast could use improvements. There was no non-stick spray to use for the waffle makers. As a result multiple patrons were having issues with the waffles sticking. One lady’s waffle was unrecognizable and took 5 minutes just to pry out. The gravy for the biscuits was watery and lacked flavor.

The rooms and hotel were very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Bathroom was larger than usual hotel rooms.

Not enough plugs to plug in phone charger. No phone plugs between the queen beds and no plugs near full length mirror or no plug near a mirror above dresser. The AC did not quite take the humidity out of the room. The beach towels remained damp 2 days later, so too humid in the room even with AC on.

I was asked to pack up my belongings the first morning of my stay for pictures to be taken of my room. It would have been nice to be asked this the night I checked in. It was a bit inconvenient because I had unpacked everything to stay for a week. If I was told at checkin, I would have waited to unpack it all.

there was hair on the bathroom walls. The hot water took 5-10 minutes to get hot. I was expecting a microwave and a refrigerator, yet there was no dictation of having nor having one.

The pool was nasty not swimmable at all and that was one of my main reason for booking here however the water fountain was cleaner than the pool so I was disappointed about the pool it looks nothing like the picture on their site
