The staff was very friendly and helpful from before check in and after. Jay and all the front desk staff were amazing and helpful in finding places to eat, drink and watch sports! The rooms were amazing and the rooftop is breathtaking. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Only bad thing, I dolid not take any photos. Great location! Definitely recommend and we will be back!

The smell of the apartment was terrible when we first got there. The refrigerator would not cool our items down. There is a lot of things missing that I feel are essential for an apartment. Like something to clean the dishes with, that is one of my chores before I leave. I feel like they should provide Atleast something, like a sponge or scrubber. there is nothing to use to grab stuff out of oven, they didn’t even have salt and pepper.

The floor was super dirty. My feet were black after walking barefoot. Nice looking new VPF but a slightly damp cloth was disgustingly dirty after a simple swipe on the floor. REALLY GROSS for it to be that dirty. Check in was at 4 and we were still waiting for them to clean the room so we could check in at 5:30. The staircase was disgusting, there are no elevators so you have to pack everything up the stairs which were gross with like rotten fruit spilled on them.
