The check-in process could & should have been better. We went to check in around 2:30 after booking the room, & the person in the lobby told us we couldn't check-in yet because he didn't know how to check people in, & the person that would check us in was upstairs fixing smething in another room, & wouldn't be back for at least an hour, so after traveling for 4+ hours, we had to drive around for another hour to kill time due to that. We met friends at this hotel, & their check-in process was very smooth compared to ours, & they checked in early with no issues, so unsure why we had issues. Also, the pool was absolutely not up to par. It had a greenish hue to it, & didn't smell right, unsure if it is the type of chemicals they use or what.. Both of my kids ended up getting into the pool, because the entire reason we booked this hotel was for the pool, & even though they wasn't in this pool for long, they both ended up with conjunctivitis & they both had to have dr visits due to this. The friends who were with us, all ended up sick as well, after being in the pool. Hotel has a lot of potential otherwise.

The tub/shower, leaked having water ti run over the floor.Someone sat outside in their car which was creepy. Hard to get a hold of the host, took several days to respond back to me, didn’t answer the phone.
