Perfect location for historical district, Little Italy, proximity to subway or train. Ample restaurants, entertainment, and short walks to shopping. Everything is near this spot. Fenway a short train ride away. We had a great time at Fenway, great seats, ushers were the best. The bellhops are excellent professionals. They know the city, represent the hotel very well, and always a smile and greeting. The gym is sufficient for most exercising.

it is a perfect location to stay, if you are heading towards Las Vegas on the 15 freeway. its very close to Fort Irwin and other historic locations. like Calico ghost town. There is a 24/7 diner at this location also. The bed was very comfortable. So, after being well rested and having a hot shower, I was good to go. The air conditioner was great !

Convenient to highway access and other facilities for food and gas. Room was fairly clean but a bit outdated.

No elevator and bad knees are not a good thing. Property is in need of some repairs and upgrades. The smoke detector was covered with plastic wrap as if they were prepping to paint the room. And the toilet paper holder didn’t hold the roll of toilet paper. People were hanging out in the stairwell at the south end of the building which made me uncomfortable to enter that way by myself.

The facility is old and has not been updated. There was almost never a staff member at the desk. Some things did not work. I had to call a phone number in order to get clean towels. When we did get clean towels, the manager told me I was rude for bothering them.

Its not clan and they don’t clean the room every day one time i went into the room while the service door tag was removed and my room still not clean and found a garbage bag on the table I knew they went in started cleaning then left and never came back i stayed here 5 days the cleaned 3 days only. The second thing I travelled 20 hours to reach Seattle since I have a work trip and then I was shocked from the reception guy he was Hispanic so the hotel will know him actually he was super rude to me. Didn’t even bother to smile or even explained what do I need to pay? It was like I was staying here for free. The price is not that cheap. The hotel is four star hotel so I paid for a service and a good quality attitude it’s not a motel. Then I actually forgot that I had a package. I came back to him to ask him and request for the package. He told me to go to the Line which has more than five people waiting to check in to just request for the package that I can actually see through the door and he refused to help me And that was super rude. There is a lady with eyebrow piercing she was actually really really nice. I hope the hotel give her a raise because she deserved it and they can fire the other rude guy. The room is not clean the curtains keep falling. I did not like the hotel. Don’t bother staying in it if you like your things clean the bathroom has holes in the ceiling, which was concerning. There is a weird sound at night. I couldn’t sleep well because there’s like bumping on the walls and it keeps going on all night long. The AC is really cold. You cannot control it either. You close it or you open it. The pillows were square this is the first time in my life. I see square pillows they were so . When I checked in, I found piece of hair in the sink that is not mine that was so disgusting . And on top of that they took out for me $500 as a security deposit for what your hotel is so shitty what can I actually do wrong that you can take $500 from me.

Everything! The service was poor, the place was filthy, the phone didn’t work. I ordered a Cesar salad in the restaurant and it was dry and tasteless not to mention $34.00. Our server was terrible too! The room had an odor and all the windows at the property were filthy. The carpet was nasty too. I couldn’t call room service because the phone was broken. For $400, I expected Hyatt to do better. Why off the mark on this one. Never again!!!
