  2/3 of the staff were friendly and nice. The housekeeper and daytime clerk.

  The refrigerator and bathtub had mold and it was disgusting. There were bugs in the room and hallways. The carpet has to be the original carpet from when the building was built. I had to get my key reset twice and the evening Clerk was rude about it. There was a nice-sized gap under the door so you could see light from the hallway and I'm pretty sure that's where the bugs came from at night. I had to put a towel around the door because it was too much. And the vending machine didn't work once out of three days.

  Unfortunately loud music that wasn't appropriate for children to hear. Also public access to the amenities inwhich I had to pay for. I understand you have to have access to the public by law but they shouldn't be able to BBQ and use the pool.

  The code for the entrance did not work, which left us out on the street waiting for a response from the (absent) attendant until 5:00pm. Check-in was supposed to be 4:00pm. Finally made a phone call and they gave us a new code.
