Personally, I like the house/hostel that was decorated with art and had a cozy feel. I genuinely appreciated the interior design and the artistic touches throughout the space of this place. That’s why I decided to stay here for 2 nights. About 90% of it matched the owner’s description in the information.

Even though I have already shared some of this feedback with the host, I’ve decided to write it down here again: 1. Check-in Process: My experience was not impressive from the beginning. I received no check-in information from the host until I arrived at the property. I tried to contact her but couldn’t reach her, so I had to ask the neighbors for help. The host said the auto-text didn’t go through, but in any case, hosts should follow up to ensure guests are able to check in smoothly and settle in properly. At least she tried her best to answer me and showed responsibility until I settled in. 2. Communication: The host should respond promptly. The host mentioned she doesn’t currently live in the U.S., and the time zone difference affects her availability. However, it's important that guests are still able to receive timely support whenever needed. 3. Bedroom Condition: The most disappointing part of the stay was the bedroom. It had a musty smell, and the design made the room feel quite enclosed, especially at night. I had to sleep with the bedroom door open just to avoid feeling uncomfortable. The furniture—aside from the bed area—made the space feel uninviting. This was in sharp contrast to the living room, kitchen, and other areas, which were well-decorated and comfortable. Additionally, there was a cracked mirror, and the air conditioner made loud noises throughout the night. I had to turn it off. 4. Amenities: The accommodation did not provide any bottled drinking water—only a water filter jug. For a rate of nearly $150-200 per night, I would expect at least a couple of bottles of drinking water to be included.

i was able to get a room last minute when our ferry was cancelled to marthas vineyard due to weather. However rooms at the hotel had flooded, they would not let me see a room before deciding to stay.

The deck, the BBQ spot, the fully stocked kitchen, the unit was just right for 3 of us. Met new friends at the BBQ. The sangrias and extras at the clubhouse were nice touches too.

Our french door didn't close well. Need some maintenance. Easy fix, but didn't ruin our stay at all.

Not enough towels in the room. Only one elevator working. The fourth floor was extremely hot. There is no shower curtain in the bathroom. When asking for towels because only two were in the room, I kept getting told I had to exchange dirty for clean even though I had 4 people in the room with two towels and two wash clothes. Had to hang the shower curtain myself when I did get one.
