I loved the great big huge pond with Canada geese! I liked the pool! Memphis to us, is kind of a tired old run down town and this hotel is a little tired too! But we did really like it and we would stay there again! Two things I really liked about the room, is that hotels for the most part, DO NOT cater to women putting on make up and doing hair! But in this hotel I found a magnification mirror built in! YAY!!! I also found a mirror above the desk so that I could sit there and do my hair while my husband was in the shower! Most hotels have a picture hanging above the desk and it's really hard to do your hair in the reflection in the glass of a picture!!!🙄 so thank you for putting a mirror there!!!!

The hotel was a really nice design and was very clean and efficient. We were treated to a warm welcome at check-in and were told if there was anything we needed just let them know. We stayed there in early May 2025 and the price made it a really good value.

Terrell was very friendly and accommodating when we checked in! I liked the text checking in with us once we entered the room. The shower head broke and maintenance was quick to fix it!

Rooms were nice and clean.

The issue was one elevator working. There was several elderly people staying in the hotel. My family of (5) got on the elevator and we got stuck for a few minutes. Once we were free the desk clerk informed us there is a weight capacity. (4) There was no sign posted to informed the quest of that. We felt embarrassed of the way she approached us. Some sensitivity would have been nice.

It was a bit outdated. The indoor pool was very crowded, the floor was dirty, and there was poop floating in the water. A walk through every couple of hours by an employee to straight things up would be helpful.
