The Inn has been renovated this year, and the result is terrific. We were able to grab a quick breakfast near reception which was very convenient. My husband chose the self serve coffee and Danish, and I had the egg sandwich and cappuccino coffee prepared by the barista. The dining area was spacious and clean. There was also a vending machine and light snack area near reception. We were in the area for a wedding, and this was a great place, and was in a pretty area, close to many north shore beaches, restaurants, and sights.

The hotel and room were both gorgeous- I loved looking out my room's large window to watch the planes come in and out of O'Hare. The bed was large and comfortable, and the room sported a very large TV with chrome cast which was nice to have during my stay. Direct access to the convention center was a bonus as well!

My room was missing trash bags in all of the trash cans, and the "text the front desk" feature to request more did not work. The room was a bit small for the price, but if I hadn't booked for an event I'm sure the price would have been more reasonable.

Very well-appointed and spacious apartment. The kitchen was fully-equiped (appliances, cutlery, pots and pans, plates bowls,...). Great living space and good sized rooms. 2 smart TVs, wifi worked well.

The area itself felt a little run down. The walk to the commuter train/ public transport took 13-15 minutes and was a little unpleasant (major road). Especially on the weekend, there are not that many commuter trains, so we took cabs to get back and forth ($20 to Newbury Street). There is a backdoor to the apartment in the kitchen leading to the rear stairwell. You can lock it from the inside, but a proper bolt/ chain would be more secure (and a sturdier door).

Perfect location. Older hotel, but right at the beach. 3rd floor has best views. Would stay there again. Breakfast wasnt fancy but everything is individually wrap and was satisfying for us.
