Ms. Jigna Patel, the staff at the counter was very professional and friendly. She was ready to get me into another room when I called and told her that the AC was not working and that the room was very hot. Wonderful person with a great attitude and personality. Breakfast was okay. Did not like the way the eggs were cooked, a bit watery.

The room had a very bad smell to it as soon as I got in. The bed was never made up properly. It seemed like the sheets were just pulled up and did not appear to be properly made up. Body Wash bottle was completely empty. Did not have a pen to leave a note but left a long piece of tissue hanging from the empty bottle hoping it would trigger their attention but that didn’t help.

Lovely facility. Clean, quiet, comfy beds, small but nice pool area with a jacuzzi. Close to Disney. Good food/ breakfast. Marriott does always have great customer service/ Hospitality, which is why they consistently get my business The staff here did NOT disappoint. Friendly, accommodating, helpful.

Not enough parking spaces and you have to pay to park, which I do not like. That rate of 139.00 turned into 190 plus in fees, parking etc. This is such an annoyance to me

The hotel is involved in a renovation and even the parts that have been renovated are very plain. No pictures on the walls. Nothing to make it feel Homie. Maybe they just haven’t gotten that far yet. When I arrived at two, they told me my room wasn’t ready and check in time was three. OK. I came back at six and no room was available yet. Finally, the staff decided to give me an upgrade of a room that was available as more people came in to get a room. I heard them continue to tell them that the rooms weren’t ready yet. I don’t know if they were understaffed or what was going on. They did give me coupons for two free drinks and an appetizer at their bar, which was very nice of them. The whole place is very rundown, but they are making an effort to have it upgraded. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.

It was very humid and hot in the hotel and elevators. Why is there no air circulating thru those? The bathroom in my room smelled like mildew each time I sat down and the bide ran.
