      The property was actually nicer than the pictures. Very clean very big very comfortable. Booked this place last min for my son’s 17th bday and it felt like home away from home. Neighborhood really nice and it was in the middle of everything we wanted to do! 10/10 really recommend.

      I like this resort however it needs a bit of wall painting as it is getting a bit outdated and it has stains. They need to start thinking about refreshing this place but we still like the place regardless.

      The front desk is off not very pleasant and customer friendly it has changed since the last time I was there plus you cannot buy any coffee in the store like it used to be. The food in the restaurant is super limited good though!

      The front desk guy was very kind to us! The concierge was also very kind and helpful with tips on places to visit.

      Our reservation didn't include breakfast, however, we had breakfast there one day and the service was some of the worst we've ever had. A staff member told me, "I can't right now, I'm busy," when I politely asked for a bowl to put my cereal in! The cleaning of our room was also poor the 3 nights we were there.

      The room was horrible,blood on the bathroom door. Had to ask for towels every night and was told it would be 1.5 hours or would not get them at all. On the 3rd day asked for room to be cleaned was not cleaned finally got cleaned the 4th night. Staff was extremely rude.. Ants on the bathroom floor.
