  The staff is super helpful and friendly specially Crystal,it was very close to the airport we stayed there 2 nights also we leave our car parked there for 10 nights while we traveled it was very convenient and much cheaper that the airport parking lot. The beds were very comfortable and the room was super big (queen suite) we were very pleased.

  The room and the furniture was clean. Good ventilation and road view from the corner suite. We came in early before the regular checkin time and they readied the room early for us and let us in. Location wise also it was good, lot of nearby restaurants within a reasonable walking distance. Breakfast was also decent.

  The best part of this hotel is the coffee machine in the lobby, it's location, and the store on site.

  The hotel in general is run down: rusted and frayed doors, stained sheets and pillowcases, broken room scanners, a tv that decides when it does and doesn't want to work, water damaged ceilings, and loose outlets (like every plug falls out of the wall). There also wasn't maid service, so we had to ask for towels and washcloths for the next day, and we had to put new unstained sheets on the bed ourselves. Management and supervisors are allowing things to be half done, when we were changing the sheets, we noticed the mattress protector (that's supposed to have the germ and bed bug guard based on the tag) wasn't even fully on the mattress, just barely holding on to the pillow top part. There was old food in the chairs by the table, likely from the guests before us, the rod by the bathroom mirror hadn't been cleaned in a long time based on the brown color left on the towel when I cleaned it off, and there was a general layer of grime.

  Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Outlets were in weird places, not convenient. Mirror was hard to see in because of the spots. Iron only worked for half the time i needed it and then quit. Parking was inadequate on busy nights. Breakfast was poor quality . Toaster barely worked, bagels didn't taste right. Not sure if it was the bagel or if the toaster made it taste weird. Cream cheese should have been refrigerated but was kept with the shelf stable condiments. I'm easy going and not a complainer. It was just a lot of little things that added up to disappointment. Not what I expected for the price. I wouldn't stay here again.
