The front desk host was slouched over the desk like he was too tired to stand up. 9PM: The bartender only had 7 guests at the bar, didn't even acknowledge me. I had to ask for water, and go get the table tent myself hoping it has a menu in it.. Had to ask for water and a menu, then that was the last time I saw him. He was serving people who already had drinks, never came back, so I left. I'm a bartender so I am very aware of what needs to be done. Get rid of that espresso machine, or move it where servers can make they own, it's too time consuming for the bartender. The bed was HARD, I was sore the entire day after.

Staff, if you use your card for deposit, they charge you $2. If you have cash, better make sure it's exact. They will not make change and will not let you check in. Absolutely terrible customer service!

Paid for a non-smoking room, only to arrive to the smell of stale cigarette smoke and an ashtray in the room. The room was damaged badly. The door had obvious cracks and gaps, as well as damage to the outside edge like someone tried to pry the door open. The gaps in the door allowed bugs of all sorts in, and when the lights were on, bugs were in such numbers they swarmed the lights inside. The information book had cigarette burn marks all over it. The tub/shower handles could not be turned on because they came unseated from the shower wall. The blackout curtain had stains on it, as well as holes.
