I paid for a 2 room, suite based on website pics. Went to check in and it was a single room that had no privacy. The pool and the business center were closed down for unknown reasons. Bed was as hard as a rock and no housekeeping services!!!! Lady at front desk was extremely rude when I asked why this place was not up to par.

It wasn’t nothing like what the picture showed. The elevator was really dirty and the halls and elevator really smelled.. There was a roach crawling near the ice machine.. all around, wasn’t worth the money I spent. I went for my birthday, and I was very disappointed when I saw the facility.

The fridge didn’t work too well, at one point the groceries we bought were turning bad, but luckily it stayed working again, just didn’t keep things super cold. Stairs were kinda problematic. I didn’t realize that’s the only way to the house inside… my mom uses a wheelchair so it was almost impossible for her to come up stairs. Luckily I have strong boys that carried her and the wheelchair up, but she was so scared that we only did that once. So she stayed in the downstairs part for the remainder of the trip. That was a bummer. Other than that, great vacation!
