After we checked in and got our bags to the room, we walked across the parking lot and ate at Ponderosa , and it was really good and clean and busy . Breakfast offered hotel was as expected. Could have needed more options., fruit and yogurt would have been nice to have for breakfast. We stayed there a year before and have been pleased both times on our driving to Branson, Missouri. We really enjoyed the walk in shower in our handicap room. We didn't use the pool,

Did not use your breakfast service. Room was very clean, enjoyed the coffee in room. Closet doors were stuck and fell off the track so I asked to have them removed completely so I could use the closet. View from balcony was amazing.

The bed covers were a super heavy duvet so I removed it completely from the bed and we only needed a sheet and light blanket. The room did not have air conditioning. The closet situation should have been addressed a long time ago. They make you sign an agreement that if something goes missing from your room the hotel is not responsible. It’s like they are saying you can expect theft?

The location was perfect for my needs. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Having a pool, hot tub, and sauna on site and in working order (not always a given at some hotels) added to our relaxation. The breakfast was a welcome perk.

Not the fault of the facility or staff but we were disturbed by young children running, jumping, and yelling above our first floor room well after midnight. We tried to be patient about it because we know what it's like to travel with young children but had to admit the noise was excessive. Thankfully the staff handled the issue very well once alerted to it.

Everything else. Had ants that engulfed all our food (they were there when we walked in but the next morning all over everything), shower head was detached from the wall leaving a giant hole, they moved our room 3x as I requested to be facing the parking lot so moved first time to face that that room their was maintenence in there re-sealing the bathtub so said we couldn't use it for the first night and the TV is on the floor as it didnt work so moved the room again. That's were the ants showed up the next morning the shower gave me the creeps with the giant hole behind the shower head the elevator didnt work that morning so we had to take the stairs which isn't a huge deal if we weren't on the 3rd floor and I didnt have multiple sclerosis and have a very hard time walking. The ice machine on the 3rd floor didnt work only the one by the pool on the first floor did. The jacuzzi is all boarded up and the pool was extremely dirty(didnt notice it all til we were in as its poorly lit). No pool towels we had to walk to go ask for some while dripping wet Then when we were packing up to load the truck up we took everything down I went back up to the room to do a final sweep and both key cards are now deactivated when they were just fine 10 minutes ago and we hadn't checked out yet. Went to the front to say something and like address these concerns the gentleman kept saying there's nothing we can do only manager can help who isn't in refused to contact them so I could speak with them said he'd send up house keeping after we leave like thats gonna help me lost out on 50$ worth of food that wasnt in the cooler due to ants half of it we just bought as we were traveling back home from visiting grandparents
