How does it work?

  • 1

    It starts with a booking

    It starts with a booking

The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.

  • 2

    Followed by a trip

    Followed by a trip

When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.

  • And finally, a review

    And finally, a review

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

    - “We are so happy to have chosen LA Beach as the main accommodation for our holiday! We stayed for 6 nights. The staff were all so helpful and friendly. Location was perfect for us to be diving with Pure Dive just across the road. We stayed in the upper balcony rooms. There is a partition we could open so we shared the balcony but had our own separate room. Watching sunrise from our balcony each morning was a highlight! Rooms are clean and they service daily to make the bed and mop. The bed is super comfy! There was a small open wardrobe that was helpful to unpack my things for the week duration of our stay. The pool is clean and a gorgeous area for relaxing. There is a set of steps to access the beach on low tide. Breakfast was modest (but still good value given the price of the rooms). We really appreciated the staff accommodating our request to have an early breakfast due to diving.”

  • MEANDER Osaka

There were many choices for breakfast, and all were served with a smile from Frank and s rub against the ankle from Blanca. Frank also gave us a lot of tips for restaurants and ways to navigate the city. The neighborhood is also very quiet and perfect for sleeping.”

  • Smile House - Fisherman Village

    - “Everything was great 😃”

  • Hagia Sofia Mansions Istanbul, Curio Collection by Hilton

    - “Our room--a junior suite in the Green Mansion--was wonderful in every way. Huge, with a separate sitting room and full of light from many windows. The bathroom also huge and spectacular, like a Sultan"s :) It had beautiful tiles and Turkish ironwork lamps. All the decor was vibrant and new. It did not seem like a hotel chain but rather custom-designed luxury that felt exotic and uniquely Turkish. Top quality bed and linens, plus a very good sleep due to the quiet, car-free road. This hotel and the room itself made our stay in Istanbul special. There are other buildings but I recommend staying in the Green Mansion. The location is exceptional. Every historic sight is an easy walk. The street is peaceful, shady and pretty, it's a a world apart from the tourist crowds. Pedestrian only, but golf carts pick you up, so there's no worry about transporting luggage. They are always available. We felt so glad we chose this hotel over others that we considered nearby (The Four Seasons just around the corner, was on a street full of noise, exhaust and dust-- tons of cars idling and construction directly in front of it). The Green Mansion also has a garden w trees, flowers and a fountain-- bar and restaurant. It is the perfect respite from the heat. A special thanks to the front desk staff: Olga (I hope that is her name (?) a slim blonde young woman at the from desk) who upgraded us without our asking, and also the duty manager Sirkhan Granz. The young men who drove the carts were outstandingtoo, friendly and very helpful.”

  • Quality Inn

We loved the room. The innkeeper, Dennis, upgraded us to the large suite because it was available both nights we were there. It was HUGE and the aesthetoc was very nice. We also loved how personable Dennis was. The breakfast was delicious. There were umbrellas available for us to use which I think was such a nice touch. The room was fully stocked.

Convenient location, friendly staff. The elevator was broken, so had to drag my stuff up two flights of stairs. The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, so I got a good night’s sleep, which is all I wanted.

The room was very dated, the faux leather sofa needs to be replaced. The whole room should be updated. While it looked clean, I used a tissue and was able to wipe off grime from the stove, a little elbow work in the room would be nice. The bathroom looked to have some kind of cleaner/ soap splashed on the walls.

Very small item, the trash can at the coffee station would be better with a touch less top.

There was no refrigerator n no ice machine. Instead, they had bags of ice. The terrible thing was that housekeeping came to our room and were cleaning it when we came back from being out sightseeing and shopping before we even checked out of the hotel. We complained but the women at the front desk, the housekeeping manager and the hotel manager blew us off n just said, Sorry we thought you guys had left. MY ADVICE IS TO CHECK WITH THE FRONT DESK FIRST TO SEE IF A GUEST HAS CHECKED OUT BEFORE ENTERING A ROOM TO CLEAN IT.

Besides the lobby this is such an outdated hotel. The room was old, with very low end renovations. The barhroom was gross. The tub was so old it looked original. The staff was terrible at the bar area. Unfriendly. Check-In was unremarkable. Complete let down for the price.
