It's very well-equipped with washer, dryer, fridge, microwave, hair dryer, etc. There are several cafes and restaurants a short walk away, and other a slightly longer walk away. We had only a couple of questions for the hosts and their replies were quick and helpful.”

  The location was absolutely perfect. I felt like it was in the middle of everything and I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go. Especially to food spots. Never had to walk more than 5 mins for food. Especially if it’s your first time in Chicago and wanna try the specific Chicago foods (Italian beef, pizza, hot dogs). The room was sooooooo clean. The room was awesome. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had the best mirror. It was absolutely perfect for selfies.

  I couldn’t find a thermostat so my room was just cold the entire time. Which isn’t entirely a problem because after all the walking and sweating I did, the cool air was nice. When booking it said my room would have a view. The view was an alley lol. Not terrible but it wasn’t what I expected and it actually made me laugh. There were guests screaming and talking at 5am and as soon as I called the front desk, someone was there to solve the problem immediately. It was quiet then. So not so much a property issue but a guests issue.

  The property was like an oasis! We loved relaxing here and using the bikes to explore the local area. The facilities were great and there were lots of ways you could explore the local surroundings (bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, snorkels etc). The property was well equipped and there were bbqs to use and lots of outside space to relax in. We also really appreciated the laundry facilities! Couldn’t recommend more.

  Everything was excellent!!! The room & view exceeded our expectations. Megan greeted me at check-in. What a professional & accommodating host for this place. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, living & kitchen area w/ balcony. Room was very clean and place very safe. Parking was very convenient as well.

  Neat to beach, near to restaurants, near to hiking trails, hot tub was in my room :) I enjoyed it. I got a nice ocean view room for the last two days of my stay.

  You can hear the people walking in the room above you very clearly, the wake me up at 12:00, 1:00 and 2:00am. The people are not considerate even after the property staff reach out to them.

  The location relative to the center of Ketchum is excellent. The best thing about the unit is the creek running behind the unit. The unit is well-equipped.

  The unit desperately needs a table, chairs and an umbrella on the patio. The chairs and sofa in the seating area are too deep, and there are not sufficient pillows to use to make them comfortable for sitting.
