Super cozy, comfy bed, excellent location, friendly staff, clean and well stocked room, relatively quiet, free beach pass included in booking. We accidentally arrived almost an hour early, but the room was ready, and the staff were super accommodating.

The property is to the port and the train depot. It also has a washer and dryer which allowed us to replenish our clean clothes for the rest of our 3-week trip. We also enjoyed having a kitchen so we could eat there if we wanted to.

Candy store and gift shop are very unorganized. Need to restock inventory. We also didn’t like that the rooms weren’t very sound proof either. There was a huge gap under our door.

Although they were short staffed the rooms could have been a little cleaner. Our room still had hair on the shower walls not a little hair here and there like a big clump of hair and the bathroom floor didn’t look swept and it could have been just because the corners had bunches of dirt in them a few extra seconds of cleaning would have made the room much cleaner. Also there were candy wrappers all under the night stand and edges of the bed. Just a quick clean up and notice to detail. The pool wasn’t all that clean. It had grass and bugs floating in it and it was an enclosed pool. . You could tell that some staff was really trying. There were also no microwaves in the room.

The room was very small. Had a weird smell and stains on walls and ceiling. Ac and tv kept turning off and on. Tv blacked out for long periods of time.
