She helped us coordinate airport transfers prior to the trip, met us when we arrived to check us in, and helped coordinate dune buggy rides for some of the days. She was very responsive before and during the trip, answering our questions day or night. We opted to add the breakfast service, which I highly recommend for the quality and convenience. Fresh baked cake each morning, spread of fruits and cold cuts, tapioca crepes and eggs made to order, bread, and different fresh squeezed juices. The house itself was really impressive too. Great open design in the common areas that really allows you to enjoy the pool, garden, and climate. The bedrooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Each bedroom has its own bath. Showers have great water pressure and constant hot water. Great place for staying with family. Quiet at night. Close to restaurants and a nice stroll to the beach. Good size pool and someone comes by to clean it every morning.”

We booked the Private Pool Ocean View Room, which was absolutely exceptional. They left us a complimentary cake with a very nice message and a flower for our honeymoon as well as room decorations, we loved the small gesture. The view from our private pool opened directly onto the ocean, allowing us to enjoy stunning sunsets every evening in complete privacy—an experience we’ll never forget. The room aside, the entire hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Everything was spotless, and it’s clear the hotel takes great pride in maintaining its facilities. While we didn’t use the main infinity pool, it looked amazing and also offers a beautiful ocean view. The location is perfect—just a 5 to 10-minute walk to the Pantai Cenang beach. Plus, there are several supermarkets right across the street that stay open until 1 AM, which was super convenient. All in all, Parkroyal Langkawi delivered a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and service. We can’t recommend it highly enough.”
