The room was not clean I had to find the nearest store to get cleaning supplies as soon as we arrived into our room hair on the bath room floor and in the refrigerator spots on the blanket. Microwave was not clean ironing board just needs to be thrown away front of refrigerator just nasty beds are so uncomfortable feel like your sleeping literally on springs wish we could have received our money back or something...

It was pricey for the amenities. Other properties nearby offer free breakfast with the price paid. The Starbucks sandwich available for purchase was $12. I asked a one night refund due over 24 hours early checkout and got run into circles. Property staff said go talk to booking.com and booking.com said to talk to property personnel. Staff told me to email the property assistant manager which I did and never heard back. I did not know about $100 per night deposit charges which is more than 50% of the night price. It was not clear when I did the booking. That was refunded. Then I got a weird alert message on my booking.com about having to pay penalty for smoking and no one in the room smoked. I was worried they were not going to give the deposit back. I likely will not book this brand of hotel due to deposit per night policy and miscommunication

Had to get rods replaced in bathroom and place were you hang your clothes, never did get the curtains fixed Had to use a pin to close them. Breakfast could have been better.

It’s dog friendly hotel and we specifically have booked it because of that. But it turned out that we can’t go with our dog within the hotel into the restaurant, breakfast or pool. Rooms are very back, everything is old and needs much renovation.
