It was everything I expected and more! Deiverson was incredibly helpful including on the day we checked out, we asked if we could use the common areas and free kayaks/paddle boards even though we had checked out of our room and they allowed us to do so. We were gone all day, enjoying the mangroves and small islands in the area. An abundance of wildlife can be seen as you paddle around the different areas, including sea turtles, toucans and so many other birds, stingrays, crabs and much more! Incredible stay overall and only regret was staying for only 1 night (it was meant to be a pit stop to cut our drive time shorter from Rio to Sao Paulo).”

  Very nice house overall. Very spacious. Nice location. They had a nice kayak and beach chairs for you to use during your stay. Very close to Wolf Bay. It was maybe a 2 minute walk from the house.

  The staff that handles bookings along with booking.com texted several times asking if there was anything they could do to make our stay as pleasant as possible to just let them know. I informed them that the beds were extremely uncomfortable and that there was trash and food all over the pull out sofa bed, and there was a booger wiped on the bed frame that is attached to the wall in one of the bedrooms. I asked if they could send someone out to clean the sofa bed and the booger off the frame as well as bring some mattress covers as well, and we would put them on the bed due to the master bedroom mattress was horrible. As soon as I sent the reply in response to them asking if they could do anything at all to make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible, I never heard back the rest of the stay which was 5 days before we checked out. They had sent roughly 5 or 6 text asking me about this on day one of our stay and for them to not even acknowledge me after my response was very unprofessional. I would have been accepting of them just saying they would try to accommodate our request even if they were unable to at the time. That would have made me feel as if they really cared about the comfort of their guest. Them making repeated request is obviously just for the sake of saying it, or they would have responded, letting us know something. I would stay again if they do something about the mattress in the master bedroom and if they actually clean the sofa bed and twin bed frame that had the booger on the bottom. Zoom in to see the nasty stuff on the sofa bed, and sorry, I didn't get a Pic of the booger, but overall the stay was better than not..

  Excellent view of Oceana off of 4th floor balcony and in an excellent location. Close to shops and restaurants and the pier.

  Unlike most people I didn’t prefer the tastings of most dishes served by their on site restaurant. Two of us only took a couple of bites to realize that the breakfast foods weren’t tasty and the waitress never bothered to ask why or could we get you something else or we’ll adjust your bill. They mainly stood staring and couldn’t wait to come and snatch up your dishes and the facility wasn’t even busy.
