The size of the room and the bed was acceptable. I liked that there were basic amenities like an ironing board, iron, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, coffee/tea and water. The number of towels were sufficient. The noise level was average. The scene from our room was good. We could see the river from our room. I also booked 2 rooms and they were able to accommodate my request to have both rooms on the same floor.

I wish there was a microwave. I didn't see a refrigerator in our room either. Both would have been nice to have. It was a long wait for the elevators. I also didn't see a box for leaving room keys when we checked out. Too many of the restaurants close very early so dining options were very limited.

Everyone was really nice The housekeeping staff was very helpful.I loved the pool.The rooms have been updated and were very nice.I stay there every time I come see my family,every couple of months.The restaurant is very convenient and the food and service there is great.Tammy and the other waitress they are just great . They are on top of everything in that dining room They do a great job.

The only thing I seen was the parking lot .Everytime i go there there is trash, cigarette buts and there was a used condom right outside my door in the parking lot.That is the only thing That I see that I didnt care for .Everything else GREAT!

Beautiful unit and a great location.

Cost was exorbitant, but with Lollapalooza we did not really have a choice. as my son wanted to propose to his girlfriend. Such s late check in and an early check out it really rushed our experience. I find it hard to believe it take 6 hours turn around time for a single unit. But as they say, It is what it is.
