  Nothing about the place was good it was in a drug-infested area, it was the worst feeling ever it was the 1st day of my daughter's new college life and we couldn't stay and didn't stay there You guys don't want to give me my money back even though I paid extra for travel insurance

  The location, pools, movie theater, inside & outside swim areas, and the activities on site included. Food and alcohol as priced reasonably.

  When I walked in the room the ceilings were so low my so and his friends heads were almost touching. The full size beds were smaller than usual. The paper thin sheet was like a napkin, and the thin gray blanket was not big or thick enough to cover my entire body at only 5’8”, and my other guests were 6’5-6’8” so their legs were hanging off the bed.. The toilet was so small and low to the ground, it was like doing a squat when using. No elevator in the building and we were on the 3rd floor.. We didn’t mind the exercise ourselves but others probably would.

  Location across the street from boardwalk and beach. Swim up pool bar. Clean.

  Room didn’t have any table: No coffee table or bed side tables. Lighting was awful above bed and no closet light. Mold on the popcorn ceiling in bathroom because the vent took ten seconds to get going so others probably assumed it was broke like I did. Ac unit was poorly installed and sealed.

  Junior suite with terrace pictures in Booking.com were not representative of the dark reality. The “terrace was just a narrow balcony. Our bedroom had no windows and was dark. The elevator situation was poor (Not enough capacity). The cabinets in the room were flimsy and misaligned. It just was not “luxury”. It was adequate at best.
