The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, the plumbing is high-quality, and the beds are comfortable.   It’s centrally located, at Venice Beach. I stayed here because a few years ago I had a reservation but my flight got canceled and I messaged the property to let them know I wasn’t coming and they refunded me, which isn’t common. That was really cool. So when I booked another trip to L.A., I wanted to stay there just because they did me a solid. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simple but gets the job done. There were protein bars which is cool. The bed was super comfortable. I had a private room, shared bath.

  The Waffle House next to the hotel was a great value and tasted good. The location was perfect for our overnight stay going to Crater Lake. The room was very clean and up-to-date.

  Location: Open village format. Large, beautiful beach. David was engaging and professional. Thank you for the packet of briquettes.

  Expensive. Priced like four-star facilities, whereas the amenities are basic (below one star). Tiny rooms. The area was cold, yet the heating system didn't work. Didn't see any air conditioning either. The cottage smells of cleaning detergent.

  The front desk guy was very kind to us! The concierge was also very kind and helpful with tips on places to visit.

  Our reservation didn't include breakfast, however, we had breakfast there one day and the service was some of the worst we've ever had. A staff member told me, "I can't right now, I'm busy," when I politely asked for a bowl to put my cereal in! The cleaning of our room was also poor the 3 nights we were there.
