- “The beds were soooo comfortable, and they were real beds not bunk beds, the roof was very high, and the sleeping room was clean, for the showers the water was hot,and they were cleaned regularily, and the socialising room looked like a phenomenal pinterest room for me, it has a variety of beautiful collected stuff, woody furniture everywhere, and beautiful peranakan tiles and design, booklets about penang and a collection of books, and a piano, a working one. I enjoyed staying in the socialising room, to the point that I started thinking that I should buy a house similar to that and settle there, The owner was so kind and helpful, and he came regularly to clean the house, and the location of the hostel was perfect close to anything you may ever need. I just loved this house, it felt like a real warm home, not a mere hostel, and I met lots of sweet girls there, what a wonderful experience! I wish there were more only females hostels like this one in every city.”

  Location was the best part / staff was friendly but other then that nothing We did leave a Day early because of the room , I will say I Was refunded my one Night stay without any Issues , The staff were so Friendly and understanding.

  Room was Disgusting/ not clean , walls soo thin , trash in room , Hair in bed , beds were soo Hard , Had to switch rooms , second one not much better , Room was dusty etc , Hotel is much out dated,, Renovation much needed and this place would be so Great , location is Best spot

  The staff were personable and friendly. We appreciated the free water and snacks that the hotel gave out to its customers. The breakfast and the amenities were exceptional. We really enjoyed ourselves.

  The location wasn't idea with so many trucks using their air brakes to stop at the local truck stop. It would be nice if someone from the municipality could put up a sign that prohibits trucks from using their air brakes near the hotel.

  The view from the rooftop bar was incredible. The staff was super amazing! Location is great especially when traveling by Uber.

  It's a bit outdated. Definitely needs upgrades. Main reason I chose this place was for the shuttle into the city which was down for maintenance the day we were there forcing us to Uber.

  Nothing about this property was nice except location to where we were going.

  The toilet didn't flush. We had to take lid off toilet to flush kept getting stuck. Then when we got back at 2am there were small roaches on counter and top of fridge. Nothing to do but try to sleep thru it. Floors were really dirty. It was a non smoking room but the cover had cigarette burns all over it. I took pictures of it. Never again at this place.

  The bed was comfortable. Shuttle service was good.

  Breakfast was only fair with a limited selection. Restaurants nearby were mostly for take-out with little to no seating. The elevator does not reach the lobby--we had to take our heavy suitcases down a flight of stairs to the dining area.

  Checkin staff were dry and uninviting. The hotel and casino were dirty . The casino was. Horribly under staffed . The room was covered in dust . The closet doors were messed up and wouldn’t stay shut ,the 1 shower faucet was just a solid stream of water also they were corroded . Light fixture covers were stained . All in all a very disappointing experience. Especially since we were there celebrating my wife’s Birthday.
