  Be careful when checking into this hotel. There seems to be fraud going on. The front desk agent asked me three times to swipe my credit card. He claimed that it was not working. Instead, I was charged for purchases that never happened. I have been trying for several days to get my money back. Very uncooperative and unprofessional.

  I liked the location and my view of Mount Rainier and the Tacoma dome from my room on the 12th floor. The lobby bar serves drinks until midnight!

  The pullout couch is worn out and extremely uncomfortable. The mattress (or support) needs to be replaced or upgraded with different couch. Coffee maker was available but no coffee supplied for first day per usual accommodations that was a bit disappointing. And lastly the front door lock didn’t line up smoothly so make sure you enter long code when you leave as well and verify.

  We had a lovely stay! Group of 7 with three young children, plenty of space for everyone and an awesome rooftop to hang out on. The house is a close walk to the beach and boardwalk and close to everything you need. Living space is spread out over three floors and parking is included.
