Our room was on the 6th floor overlooking the Space Needle. We were there for an event at the Climate Pledge Arena and it was a short, leisurely stroll to and from the venue. Our room was very clean with updated amenities and a quick few stairs to the rooftop where the views of Queen Anne, Elliott Bay, and the Emerald City are spectacular! The staff are very helpful and friendly. I watched as they spoke to each and every guest like they were the most important part of their day, not just a job. Super important! The lobby is quaint and comfortable with ice water and coffee available all day. Restaurants across the street that are open late and a CVS a block away. Wrap up, all 10's in my experience! Would love to stay again in the future!

We arrived during a heatwave. Not the hotels fault, but the hallways, elevators and stairwells were very hot. As a local, I understand that we don't usually get this kind of weather. Lastly, he elevators are older and quite slow.

Someone goofed designing the bathroom! The toilet and the bathroom door and shower rod... I have no words to adequately describe it, so I just laughed and went to bed after a full days drive and sight seeing.

You can’t refuse room service, I work overnight and need to be able to sleep and also have a bit of anxiety, anywhere else I’m able to hang a “do not disturb sign” up but at this motel I cannot. Any other motel 6 doesn’t force room service, but they will force clean. They will make it such a big deal how they MUST come in. You don’t. My stay was disturbed, sleep was disturbed, and my privacy was disturbed.

the other ladies complained that the twin bead were a bit to hard. The shower head felt like it might break off so not all of us got to use it.

Ocean view room was a tiny window that you really couldn't see out of. Air conditioner was not the greatest. Very little hot water. Super tiny shower and bathroom. No elevator. Door had large gap at the floor. Could hear everything from other rooms.

The bathroom doors the sliding doors we traveled with a cousin of ours my husband and I and did not feel comfortable using the restroom because of the glass and the sides of the door did not cover completely the cracks

Our air conditioning wouldn’t stay on throughout the night so it got hot in the room. The bathroom area/sink could have been cleaner. Our room smelled like feet when we first checked in.

The first experience with this location was on a phone call & it was horrible. The staff was extremely rude & got upset when I matched her attitude. The pictures show a pool, the pool was closed. The signed stated it would be closed for 10 months. In our room the key for the sauna, the key didn’t work and we had to have the front desk let us in. Then on top of that, the sauna didn’t heat up. I messaged the property to ask for an accommodation for the pool not working & very rudely they replied saying they do not advertise a pool, I let them know that the pictures they have posted is advertising a pool. They said they tired to call & I let them know I have not received a call. They said they called the number that we had spoke & I was being rude. This place is a joke, very disrespectful & unprofessional. On our day of check out at 8 am a man knocked once & then busted into our room while I was changing go ask if we would be ready for check out by 10am. I was in the restroom changing when he busted through the door. I let them know I would not be coming back or recommending this location. The microwave would only work for 20 seconds & then cut off. The lighting is horrible. The beds are extremely uncomfortable.
