      The bed was super comfortable! Close to kings canyon. There could be a lot of negatives here but that would be unfair to the owner since they are in the process of renovating. After speaking with him and knowing what his end goal is this property has all the makings to be amazing! I’m looking forward to seeing it in the future.

      Nothing really. Maybe needed a few more outlets considering how many electronics people have these days. The rooms can be stuffy but the owner is in the process of updating everything so it’s only going to get better.

      Property is very poorly maintained. Holes and scratches on the walls, missing tv in master bedroom but hole in the wall where one used to hang. The beds in two of the bedrooms were full size when listed as queen and very uncomfortable. There were spider webs throughout. Lots of stinging scorpions in home. Kitchen poorly maintained with proper pans etc. most importantly, hot water runs out quickly before everyone could shower and then our family spent an entire night without any water at all. At which time, the acting manager brought us a 5 gallon bucket and we were told to get water from the pool to flush the toilets. This could be a nice place but unfortunately, it has been allowed to degrade and just isn’t being taken care of. We were promised a refund for the night we spent without any water. It has been weeks and we still have not received any kind of refund. We have gotten nothing but run around between the property manager and Booking.com. Would not recommend this property at all.

      Skip the sign in paperwork if possible, booking has been made, confirmation number given along with name of who booked it, name check and confirmation of number and on should you go, in essence checking in took 20 mins too long. Breakfast was great, location is great, price was great!
